Steal? Let's get real here for a minute. When oil sells for 50 to 80 dollars a barrel, who is stealing? I see a lot of wealthy nations in the middle east as well as other parts of the world that were dirt poor before their natural resource of oil was discovered, tapped and developed. Where would any of these oil producing nations be if it were not for the industrialized nations of the world  pouring their wealth into them? Or maybe we were supposed to just pour our wealth into them for nothing in exchange. The worlds economy at this time is run on oil and everybody benefits from it. The industrialized nations buy the oil to produce food and other goods that the oil producers can't produce but buy from us. Nobody is stealing from anybody in this relationship.
