You don't get much more "Woo" than believing in a "Buddha" or a "Bodhisattva", 
Barry. 

You need to get a grip - this is Woo by definition - there's no "mind", and 
even if there was, who would want to have their mind "full" more than it 
already is? You seem to be in some pretty deep cognitive dissonance. 

The whole idea behind yoga meditation is to empty the mind, not fill it up with 
random thoughts about pie in the sky. Go figure.

 Mostly about people doing the mindfulness thing. I guess being a 
 musician that I like the sound resonance thing or mantra meditation. 
 Not sure the mindfulness would really transform someone's nervous 
 system. It's more like a calming down or relaxation response. Not that 
 there is anything wrong with that.
