Not necessarily. I'm just pointing out that statistically there would be about
6 to 7 percent of the people who would have the conjunction of the Moon and
Rahu due to the revolution of the Moon around the zodiac every month.
But it is interesting to note why the British royal household has such a
preponderance of the Moon/Rahu conjunction in their jyotish charts. I would
interpret that to mean that they as a family consider themselves to be the
privileged class above the commoners in England and the rest of the world.
In jyotish, the Moon/Rahu conjunction gives extreme and unusual ideas to the
mind. On the other end of the spectrum, the Muslim jihadists in the world can
be considered people with Rahu influences in their psyche due to their extreme
views and tenets.
The Shrimad Bhagavatam reveals that Rahu and Ketu were the two guards in heaven
who were cursed to incarnate on earth as giant monsters because they insulted
brahmins, who looked like children, at the gate of heaven. One can interpret
this story in many ways. One interpretation is that the challenges that Rahu
and Ketu give to humans are really tests for entry into heaven.

Also, it is interesting to note that the jyotish charts of the grandparents
(Prince Charles and Princess Diana) and parents (Prince William, Duke of
Cambridge and Duchess Katherine) of Princess Charlotte have the conjunction of
the Moon and Rahu/Ketu. As you know, Rahu/Ketu is considered to be a snake, a
reptile in vedic lore.
Is it possible that jyotish can identify the reptilian people who are living
here on earth? Is it possible that Nature is apparently allowing these
reptilians to incarnate in the world to rule over it?

Her jyotish chart shows that she has two exalted planets in the Sun and
Jupiter. She also has two benefic planets in the 12th house of meditation,
meaning that she could be a potential TMer in the royal house.
Isn't everyone a potential TMer?
Besides her grandparents wouldn't ever allow it, being shape shifting reptiles
form the Pleiadies...
However, like her parents and grandparents, she has the conjunction of the Moon
and Rahu. In traditional jyotish, this conjunction is not considered benefic,
but in worldly terms, it means that she and her household think that they are
more privileged than the average folks -- an illusion by no other name.
I think you might just be using prior information in this assessment...
