(I think you both mean *prosecution*, not "persecution." Hopefully we all agree persecution is not a good thing.) The problem is that denying habaeus corpus to *suspected* terrorists means that it's almost impossible for those among the suspects who may not actualy be terrorists to prove their innocence. ------------------------ Yahoo!
