It's ironic that the Supreme Court decision came on the same day as more Islamist terror attacks. What possible connection can there be? Well nothing causal for sure. But what struck me was that while Muslims worldwide are having to combat their co-religionists who are still taking a medieval fundamentalist approach, here in the West the advance of PC views is unstoppable. To try to combat Islamism by adopting liberal views is like trying to fight a fire with oxygen. The division between the West and the Muslim world is going to get ever more fraught.
