Unless they are driven out of the country or arrested almost every socialist country eventually falls prey to their oligarchs sabotaging the social programs. Happens in the US too. The best thing to do is take away their money and don't give that screwball excuse they worked hard for it or we're against successful people. More likely you are favoring robber barons in that case.

The thing that socialists need to be on the watch for is once that some of their people aren't too idealistic. Having a central government running your local grocery or drug store may not be a good idea. Leave that up to small business and the people who want to work for themselves. Just make sure none of them become mini-Napoleons. Seems to me it would be a win win for both sides of the aisle.
