First, as already noted (twice), the La Raza Lawyers Association does not represent *any* group; that isn't what it's for (it isn't a "law firm"). Second, what Trump is being sued for has NOTHING to do with Mexicans or Mexico or a wall.
Third, what Trump (and you) are saying is that any judge that has any association at all with a group Trump doesn't like (Mexicans, in this case) automatically has a conflict of interest with regard to any legal proceeding involving Trump. Pretty neat way for Trump to get rid of any judge who might not rule in Trump's favor: All he has to do is express his dislike of some group or cause the judge is associated with, and poof! No more judge. In this country, when you're being sued you don't get to pick a judge who likes and dislikes the same people and causes you do, especially when those biases have nothing to do with the case. ---In [email protected], <mdixon.6569@...> wrote : La Raza advocates open borders, Trump wants a wall that Mexicans will pay for.La Raza Lawyer's Association represents La Raza Advocacy. Conflict of interest. If you worked for Black Lives Matter and had to appear in court, you wouldn't want a judge hearing your case that works with a law firm that represents the Ku Klux Klan.
