Yeah, it does. Every year, I'm always amazed by how they can both stay afloat and retain their accreditation, especially with all the disappearing majors, not to mention disappearing buildings. Each year I wonder if this is going to be it, and each year they pull it off.

I wonder if most of the parents sending their kids to the MSAE are aware of the siphoning.

Doesn’t it often seem that way? It almost seems intentional and maybe sometimes is. There are so many examples. For instance, the draining of funds from  MIU/MUM by International, whenever there was a slight surplus. I think the university might have been thriving by now if this hadn’t been happening all these years. Same with many other projects.
