And to avoid paying U.S. taxes on the money smuggled out of the country. I can definitely confirm that this was happening on pretty much a monthly basis in the mid- to-late 70s. I was asked to carry suitcases of cash from country to country myself, but refused because I figured my lesha-vidya law-enforcement profile from the late 60s made me a sure bust. ------------------------ Yahoo!
