True or not, it's become a bit of the common wisdom
among 9/11 buffs.

You'll come up with several hundred thousand hits.  I
scanned the first 100 (not the pages themselves but the
blurbs), and most of them are lefty or conspiracy-type
sites, but there doesn't seem to be much hard
documentation.

If there was film, it hasn't been released publicly.
Reportedly the Israelis were arrested and held for
some months, so law enforcement probably has the film
if it exists.

My understanding is that various governments, including
the Israeli government, did warn the U.S. that an
attack was in the works, but not in terms of the precise
time and place.

There are still a lot of questions that need to be
answered, however, about what the administration knew.
