That said, it occurs to me that selected parts of the world are considered vortexes, or loci of energy. Does the Middle Eastern New Age commuity look upon places there the way Americans view Mount Shasta, Asheville or Sedona? Hey, here's an explanation: Jerusalem and the Ganges really do have an added dose of spiritual power, but it's not because God ordained it.
