Barry, I think it's because what he teaches is pretty much 99% TM 
and the philosophy behind TM...he is basically a glorified TM 
teacher and he comes off as being the harbinger of this knowledge 
himself.

Not that he can't do all this...if TM and the principles behind it 
are "universal" then they should be open to all and for all to teach 
and promulgate as they see fit.  I just think that it doesn't sit 
well with people when they see him do this and give the impression 
that he alone is responsible for it...at least, that's the 
impression I often get from him.

Then, again, he is, according to MMY, the "Lord of 
Invincibility"...so if you have this title bestowed upon you, I 
guess it's pretty hard NOT to be full of yourself...
