As I have said I am not an expert in other Hindu Meditation - and
the Veda. Many of you are - and I am not able to discuss at your
deep level of knowledge about these things. But since I do not have
a Guru - I am free to try out what I read and learn - without using
too much intellect. So I just saw the connection between the TM and
Hindu Meditation - and because it seemed so right - I tried it out -
and afterwards I could logically see how MMy had build up the steps,
taking some here some there and structured his teaching. I just
opened some books and there it was. And yes, I find what I
experienced very effortless and easy and very fullfilling, I came
deeper than in TM. I do not want to go into details because it is
very personal. Maybe I just saw it because I am a TM-Teacher - I
don't know.
