Your failure at applying even marginal intelligence to your latest indictment should surprise no one. A university, particularly one ravenously active in recruiting foreign students, must be aware of the basic minimum profile of acceptable candidates. Being economically disadvantaged with little or no command of the English language should have disqualified them from any consideration.
