Sometime in 2004, he announced his split and that he was seeking to go commercial. In January of 2005 he got pernission to go commercial. Three months later, he had a deal to sell it. That's about 1 year from the announcement of his change of heart to a final sale agreement but only 3 months from the permission-graning. That's pretty darned fast for a property that sold for $44 million. He had a buyer sniffing around BEFORE he announced the split, obviously. ------------------------ Yahoo!
