I recall a H.S. math teacher of mine saying that if he ever ended up 
in prison for some reason, he'd spend his time trying to prove 
Fermat's Last Theorm. Seems to me that she's expressing the same 
thing, but perhaps more spontaneously: spend the time without 
distractions now available in a postive way.
