There are too many eyewitness accounts of the plane striking the Pentagon for this theory to be credible. There's also been a great deal of expert debunking of the Thierry book (which is what the article at the link is about). I have my own conspiracy theory about the conspiracy theories: I think some who are in a position to know all the details of 9/11 find it in their interest to encourage theories like Thierry's, including by promulgating disinformation, because it sends the conspiracy theorists on wild goose chases *away* from the real story, whatever it is. Information that would disprove the wilder conspiracy theories isn't being released because these people don't *want* the theories disproved. The more real information is available, the more likely it is that the various sleuths will be able to reconstruct the true picture. ------------------------ Yahoo!
