You've just demonstrated why Maharishi led the field in the "cult leaders who have made the most money" article that was posted here not long ago. Lesser gurus would see it your way and wait. Maharishi would charge the suckers to rebuild those cities the first time, and then charge the same suckers *again* to rebuild the same cities the second time.
