I'm sorry that's been your experience. In general,
mine has been the opposite. Almost every time I
trusted my own intuition more than I trusted the
advice of others, it has turned out to be a good
decision.

I empathize. But part of me has to wonder which
came first -- did the ADHD/OCD trigger the distrust
of your own perceptions, or did the distrust of
your own perceptions trigger the ADHD/OCD?
