Yeah, yeah...but who gets to play him in the movie?

He'd have to heavy up a bit for the part, but imagine
Naveen Andrews from 'Lost.' Maharishi wasn't that 
handsome, but I think Andrews could do justice to the
role, all parts of it. 

To make it all a really cool horror movie, Maharishi
would have to both eat babies *and* be enlightened.
Naveen Andrews could handle that. He's no Bruce
Campbell, but I think he could pull it off. :-)

I'm imagining the final scene now. It's been a few
years since the babyeating thang, and Maharishi is
now famous, surrounded by the Beatles and Donovan
and Mia Farrow. And Maharishi looks at Mia and says,
"What lovely children you would have, dear," and
the theme from Rosemary's Baby swells up in the
background.

Fade to black. Announce the sequel in the final
credits...
