I definitely noticed the sidhis stuff. The copyright is 1977 with > no mention of a revision. The Library of Congress catalog number starts with 77. OK, I've certainly never seen an edition of this volume without the sidhis stuff at the end, so you're no doubt quite right that there wasn't one, and I just misremembered the pub date.
