OK. Understood. No problem. I sometimes do that too, use someone's piece as a springboard for independent thoughts. But from a readers side, it can appear you were addressing my comment. Which if it were the case is fine, I just thought in this, mistaken case, it was a small thing to go out on such a tangent. Anyway, when one is commenting interspersed within another's comments, its clarifying to distinguish if one is not responding to the posters comments, but jumping out of the loop into new areas.
