Yes, I do agree, there is a rise of bliss or spiritual light, or more people experiencing 'witnessing'; more people waking up to the lies, of the dark military/industrial complex(or whatever you want to call it, the 'current stupid power-structure'). But, I do not think we have 10-20 years to wake-up.. I think we all better wake up pretty quick. So, if coming to the course, turns you on, do it.
