Hi everyone! I'm new to the group. I am buying a home at 700 N. 3rd (less than a block from the University, which I need to rent out. It is beautiful, 4-5 bedrooms, 2 baths, over 2200 sq. feet.  The cost is $725 per month, and I need first, last and a deposit of $725.
