One thing that was really interesting; At the end of the WWII... Was that the Germans kept such good records of everything; Even the names and numbers of all of their victims; In the mass murders and tortures, of their regime; Were so well documented, that one would think; That they wanted to 'get caught', In the end, like all common criminal behavior.. So, the criminals, who would keep someone from practicing; In the dome; Are looking for past evidence of 'criminal activity'; So, as to do what- keep the dome numbers down?
