Hilarious! (It is sped up just a bit, though.) There's a movement among some city planners and traffic engineers to do away with all traffic signals, stop lights, pedestrian crossings, and so on, at least in certain areas; they've tried it in a couple of places, and after a period of adjustment, it works beautifully and *reduces* the number of accidents--because everybody has to keep their wits about them and be aware of where everybody else is and what they're doing. This video looks like the ultimate test of such a system... I can't understand, though, why so many of them are making U-turns!
