I tried playing the lead on slide but it came out pretty lame. As soon as you step off the pentatonic scale you are out of my emotional zone. That music just has way too many notes at once for me to relate to. Those technical guitar geeks were the right guys for the job. Spraig might be able to pull it off with his 10 string.
