The public interest standard, however, *does*
apply to individual networks as well as multiple
networks.

Irrelevant.  You keep misrepresenting my stance.

This is about *advocating*, not requiring, not
forcing, not binding, not restricting, and
certainly not censoring.

something in writing supporting what I *did* say.
