Although the TMO (and others) use the term "Pragya aparadh" to mean 
the mistake of the intellect ( http://www.ar-
t.org/Salient_Words/Indirectly_Related/Flu_virus/flu_virus.html ), 
buddhi means intellect (which everybody has), pragya means "pure 
intellect" (which is used to refer to a more refined intellect):
