I kinda ignored the question since it is old fodder, but I felt quite blissful towards the end with all the krishna pics etc., and George Harrison's classic. Try it again without the question in mind. However: Religion (in this kind of context) = Believing in something for which there is no evidence, blind faith, and worshipping an Idol of some sort, that is outside of yourself and superior to yourself. Cult means worshipping an Idol or a God. So, for some people the TMO is a religion for them, but they are the minority, but for MOST people, it is just a technique that they feel they personally get a lot of benefit from. For example: Richard Branson who has meditated (TM) with his wife every day for 30 odd years (seen here below yesterday with Bill Clinton - who may also have learned TM? ) http://tinyurl.com/mssub To subscribe, send a message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Or go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FairfieldLife/ and click 'Join This Group!'
