Well, to quote my brother who lives in a $2mill. home in the hills of Santa Barbara, Steve Frazier is an excellent worker, doing custom wood finishing inside so I wouldn't catagorizie him as you do but on the other hand, my brother did mention that he's difficult to pin down on a completion date since he takes time off to sail, etc. My brother said he was one of the nicest guys he ever met.
