Thanks for these words- I would say the same: when I first saw him in
New York, Madison Square Garden(funny Mohammad Ali, was fighting in
another part of the complex at the time).
I was on a TTC which was being held in Livingston Manor, and we were
bussed down to NYC. My ex-wife and my sister met me there. During the
lecture, Maharishi had everyone meditate, so I went down to get close
to the stage;
He looked so tiny and vulnerable sitting on the couch; I had the
feeling that I would protect him, should anything happen(I usually
never get these kinds of feelings, so intense).
My ex-wife, was there, in front of me, and Maharishi was up on the
stage, and was taking flowers, and walking toward people who were
lined up to give him a flower.
I just remember the feeling, that is too hard to describe, because it
always did surprise me, the peace and love and devotion, which I would
spontaneously feel in his presence.
One time when he turned to look at me, I felt as though the whole
ocean was turning to look- my poor little ego felt shakey then...
He is one of a kind, no one in this world has had the same impact on
me than him, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
