Seriously, how did you feel at the time to be asked to "hail" a 
dictator of quite some ill repute?  How do you feel about it now?

On another topic: Do you know the story of the Beatles who, quite 
innocently "snubbed" Marcos during a tour stop to the Phillipines 
and literally got out of that country within an inch of their lives?
