To see the clips of Bush debating Richards (RIP, babe, you were a pistol!) and then to see him today is truly stunning. He was articulate, forceful and quite clear. A neuropsychologist would say that there has been an overall cognitive loss over the years. Why this is happening is not clear. Alzeimers, early onset?
