That is a very good point, and it is what humanity must (and inevitably will) go by. I made a decision a long time ago that either it is clear for me or not (the effect), so if it is not STRONGLY discernable then I can't be bothered. It is not what I signed up for in the first place, and if it is not noticed then there is little or no point. Remember the DC course with a anomolous spike of gangsters killing themselves off and an almost 20% reduction in crime rates overall....not good enough. It must be powerful and unmistakable for me....in my personal life, and the world . I won't accept anything less. I don't believe it if it is not effective, and ever since the demon Bush came to power in the most powerful country in the world....I no longer think the thing works, unless it is so unmistakable, and extra-ordinary claims require extra ordinary proof.
