It would be a lot smarter to leave school kids alone, except for private schools and charter schools where schools can do as they please, and teach TM to parents, who can then get their kids to start. Ignorant parents naturally tend to circle the wagons when they think their kids are in danger from some foreign element, and there is no sense trying to fight that.
