I do think a lot of baby boomers will move to FF in 2008, when they first start to turn 62 and cash their Social Security checks. I'll be one of them, although I am certainly not counting on any goodwill from the TMO, but will do it because I have better experiences in TM in FF (those rents look real nice and low compared with So. Calif, a good thing for somebody trying to live on a Social Sec. check), without being on campus.
