Which shows how weak your guarentees are, since I totally understand what you said. You said that you do not want to deal with the causes of poverty, but just want to keep to your chant of "all Libs want is to give hand-outs" -- (which I also do not believe in hand-outs, only fundies console themselves with such charities, and they mostly vote for born-again fundie Bush) so that you can avoid talking about the causes of poverty.
