For the record, notice that the Watts quote says
nothing about increasing obsessions, etc.  That's
Vaj's sweet little addition.

Guidance on how to lead your life is, you know,
really hard to find.  If your meditation teacher
doesn't give it to you, boy, you're pretty much
out of luck.
