I have no idea what this has to do with why
the Jews who thought Jesus was Messiah didn't
choose Barabbas over Jesus or riot during the
crucifixion.

Right, they believe what the Torah says about
the Messiah.

No idea how you think this is relevant.

Well, of course they have arguments!  They couldn't
convert to Christianity if they didn't have arguments
against the idea that Jesus could not have been their
Messiah.  They happen to be spurious if not fraudulent,
but that's another issue.

I'm asking if you know what arguments the "Messianic
Jews" (a contradiction in terms, BTW) are attempting
to address: Why do most Jews believe Christ could not
possibly have been the Messiah prophesied in their
scriptures?
