He didn't take his meds before his Senate appearance. He *did* take his meds before making the commercial. Parkinson's is a progressive disease. Fox's condition has deteriorated since his Senate appearance. He wouldn't have been able to talk intelligibly if he hadn't taken his medication before making the commercial. And it's the medication that causes the bobbing and weaving. When you don't take it, you become stiff and rigid. The medication makes it possible to move and speak; the bobbing and weaving is a side effect. Rush was simply wrong, as he so often is, because he's ignorant. He's also meanspirited and dishonest, a thoroughly vile human being.
