Natel put no bandwidth restrictions on my connection, so, the only
limit is their connection to the Internet and how many people I'm
sharing it with. Natel is primarily a business network, and I get 7
Mbps in the early morning hours. During the day, however, it can drop
as low as 800kbps. Still plenty fast enough for me.

As for LISCO and their Fiber-to-the-Home, I don't know how fat their
Internet connection is.
