Chopra's techniques were not meant to be consciousness-raising per se, but on 
the 
physical level of health, so a puja wasn't relevant, or such has always been my 
take.

And way back when, Chopra would accept checks made out to the Maharishi 
Foundation, 
and only accept room, board and expense money for himself.

Ironically, when he did THAT, no-one respected him in the New Age movement, but 
now 
that he charges many times as much as he used to, he brags about donating 10 
percent to 
charity and everyone who denounced him back then oohs and ahs about his 
generosity.
