Barry,
You and everyone else in France obviously need to get your priorites 
straight.  10-year mandatory sentences are *only* for truly horrible 
things, like smoking marijuana, which as everyone knows makes you do 
terrible things like have less pain from chemotherapy and vote 
Democratic.

A little, tiny thing like voter fraud?  Nah, can't compare.
