AoL has lots of programs (for which teachers are trained) more than
just the basic course -- now two parts --(including various
breathings, and 'art of living' -- lots of exercises to break
boundaries and attachemnts) and SM. 

There is Art Excel, Apex, Yes!! DSN, Sri Sri Yoga, Health and
Happiness, Ayur Veda even Vaastu.
