Yes, Judy, that was an insulting remark about Sparaig. And his remark about you blowing up (psychologically) if deprived of access to this forum was equally insulting to you. And your remarks about why Barry had deleted so many posts the other day was purely gratuitous speculation and implied that it was some signature of deviousness and foul play. Also an insult.
You seem to have successfully personified the "Other". That is a very powerful technique to keep your attention off the Self. Every reason you can give, every example you can recall, every documentation you can cite to justify your perpetual war with Barry (as your personal incarnation of unfairness and dishonesty), is eloquent testimony to the effectiveness of that program. As Jim pointed out to Barry, (to paraphrase): "if you see it, (the fault), then in whose mind is the fault?" And a few posts after this one he reminded you of Maharishi's teaching that "What you put your attention on grows stronger in your life." That one teaching is, in my mind, perhaps the greatest single technique Maharishi ever imparted. Barry (and some others, too, and equally if not more so) can be, and is at times, very rude. And insulting. Particularly towards you and Sparaig. And you believe that he is intellectually dishonest, as well. Dwell on that for next 10 years and let us know how it works out for you. ** --- In [email protected], "authfriend" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > --- In [email protected], TurquoiseB <no_reply@> wrote: > > > > --- In [email protected], "sparaig" <sparaig@> wrote: > > > > > > Maharishi has said of SSRS's techniques, that meditators > > > should "Beware of sweet poison."
