Embarassed, but not as embarassed as you are.  I was just a naive pup at
the time.  I thought Maharishi was honest by accepted western standards.
It took a long time to get closer to the truth....  Me,  I'd have to
hear the context around everything Maharishi said about SSRS's 'sweet
poison' to make a judgement.   He's probably ticked that SSRS gets
better press or something... Sort of a guru pissing contest, maybe it's
an Indian thang, who knows.  And  personally I don't care.  I'll decide
for myself.  Seems  like  Sudarshan Kriya  is an effective and helpful
pranayama for many people that use it.
