What assumption? You post a photo on your site labeled "fat" and 
displaying yourself. 

Each pound of fat on the human body represents 3500 un-needed 
calories. If you need 2100 calories/day to support a sedentary 
lifestyle, then eating 1600 calories will mean losing one pound a 
week.
