And you *pay* a lot more for that too. So have you have you
*tried* different flavors of Linux or are you just bullshitting
us as usual?
Will you point us to a table comparing different brands,
complete with "pros" and "cons"? It would be very useful.

Mac OS X is still on the to-do list and hence isn't listed. Since
Safari, Apple's own Mac-only
web browser, is currently used by about 4% of Internet uses.

Another site claims only 3.5$ of users are currently using MacOS X
to surf the web. The
same site claims that this is slightly more than the number of
linux users. Apple users
caught up with and consisted passed Linux users starting 12 months
ago.

Mac OS has gained several percentage points in market share in just
the last year. However I'd be careful listening to the PC-biased
computer industry media in regards to most things Macinstosh (it's
kinda like listening to Republican pundits on global warming). CNET
even still is pushing the "Macs are more expensive" lie--despite the
fact Wintel machines of the same configuration are sometimes
thousands of dollars more in price.
I've seen non-PC sources just a year or two ago citing market share
values for the Mac which were over twice what PeeCee zealots were
claiming.
It may just be that Mac's will always be the Jaguar or Mercedes of
the PC industry, which is fine with me. But I would also like to see
them rewarded for their good karma. ;-)
