Just as a question, were they foolish enough to put this into writing? If so, you have the foundation for a lawsuit (or even the hint that you might be considering one). If not, it might be fun to say that you recorded the phone conversation. This is your right, as one of the parties on the call, and would even be something that you'd be set up to do if you do phone consultations (for example, one Jyotish astrologer I know records both sides of *all* of her phone consultations). I'm suggesting it because I'd just *love* to see the face of some TM flunky who realizes that he's said something that places the TMO in legal trouble. :-)
